Reservations
Early booking of treatments and applications is recommended, so that your preferred times are not fully booked. We ask for your understanding if, by booking with short notice, some applications are not available.

Commencement of appointment
Please come to the Vitality Spa from your room wearing the bathrobe and slippers provided.
If you prefer to get changed in the Spa, then of course bathrobe and slippers will be provided. Late arrival will mean shorter treatment times.

Cancelling appointments
During your stay at the Hotel AM MEER & Spa, it could happen that you can’t meet your booked appointments. In such cases, could we please ask you to cancel the appointment at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. It will give us the possibility to re-book the appointment and you won’t incur any extra costs. For all cancellations less than 24 hour prior to the appointment, we ask for a cancellation fee of 80%.
