It’s important to be in good body condition.
Boost heart and circulation outdoors on the Baltic sea by walking swiftly, jogging or doing some Nordic walking. This particular exercise is actually quite an old sport – as early as the thirties "stick walking" was part of the summer training of the cross country skiers in German-speaking countries. Moderate strain over the whole body, in fresh healthy air and fantastic views.

The extended beech forest nearby, invites you to run, cycle or to walk. Well signed bicycle paths and walks are provided.

And if your host; Herr W.Schewe is in good shape and has time, he might just show you around himself :-)!

Take note of the 30 minute fitness sessions taking place every morning, including aqua-gymnastics; Yoga; walking or Nordic walking.

Even more effective would be if you hired your own personal trainer for an individual programme of exercise, advice or fitness check ups.
