With the newest generation of cardio equipment, you can put strain on your upper or lower body using individual programs and with constant checks on your heart rate. There is also a good choice of cross trainers and Ergo meters for use in both sitting and lying positions.
When you want to go jogging, simply run on the beach directly in front of the hotel door!
And afterwards take a sauna or a treatment – what could be better?
