Volleyball on the beach, bare foot and the wonderful view! A dream! You’ll find our Volleyball pitch to the right of the pier in the direction of Buskam. And don’t forget: strictly according to the rules beach volleyball is played with only 4 players - 2 against 2. Is that too exerting for you? That’s understandable - you’re on holiday after all! Then simply play a warm up game and wait a moment. You’ll see. In the summer you’ll find no lack of fellow players wanting to get involved!!

Kite-Surfing
kite surfing, also known as kite boarding is a variant of the wind surfing. The kiter uses a type of large stunt kite, the kite itself acts as a sail. The board is similar to a wakeboard and has a length of between 120cm and 160cm. Through the buoyancy of the kite, spectacular leaps of up to 10 meters height (official record) are possible. Kite boarding is an extreme sport and should absolutely only be carried out under the supervision of technically competent person. Kite school Thiessow
Nordic-Walking
Nordic-walking has developed into a real trend in the last years. The careful motion sequences and the effective training of the back musculature, has brought a mass following to the sport. Even if you already belong to its constantly growing fan club, Nordic walking on the beautiful beaches is most warmly recommended to you. Sailing
It’s one of the most beautiful kinds of sport, and a wonderful possibility to view the island from another perspective. Have you always wanted to glide stylishly on a large yacht, or would a sporty version of a dinghy be rather more appropriate for you? You can sail with us in every variation! Surfing
Wind surfing developed from the sport of wave riding or surfing! One wanted to use the power of the wind instead of laboriously paddling against the waves. Already by the end of the 60’s wind surfing had begun. Modern materials make spectacular manoeuvres and speeds of up to 45 km/h possible. Rügen offers the perfect environment for every level of expertise. In Baabe the wave surfers have their fun with strong winds. Swimming
Swimming is ranked among the healthiest kinds of sport, since it carries the smallest risk of injury. In addition through supporting effect of the water, strain on joints and bones is clearly reduced, the heart is relieved and the circulation stimulated. Since swimming is inseparably connected with an island holiday, it is only mentioned for the sake of completeness!! Who could forget to take a swim in the sea when holidaying on Rügen?
Diving
The diver goes under water in order to explore the world of the seas, lakes and rivers. A very special experience is also the feeling of weightlessness. Tennis
The goal of tennis is to win the necessary number of sets. One achieves this by playing the ball into the opponent’s side of the court in such a way that he cannot reach it or return it.
If you find the balls flying around your ears, you can always take a moment to enjoy the beautiful views surrounding you! In Göhren you can play tennis with a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea.
