- Parking is free for you for the entire duration of your stay.
We have parking places for hotel guests only, at the hotel and in the immediate vicinity. - Use of our Vitality Spa area with pool and fitness room is free.
- Bathrobes and slippers for the Wellness area are provided in your room.
- Fresh apples in your room on arrival.
- The initial filling of the mini bar with alcohol-free drinks is free.
- Our Vitality breakfast buffet is open for you until 11am.
- You will receive the daily newspaper – ‘Die Welt’ free every morning at breakfast.
- We have six Premiere TV channel available for free as well as the twenty standard channels.

Payment
All our prices include Value Added Tax.
We accept the following methods of payment:
Cash payments, EC-Cash or credit cards (VISA, Amex, MasterCard and Diner’s Club)
Tariff for children
Children up to 4 years stay in their parent’s room, free of charge.
Children from 4 years pay 50% of the regular price per person, per night when staying in the room of both full paying adults.
Spa tax for resort
The Spa tax is not included in the cost of a room and should be calculated separately. It will be passed on to the Spa Town Administration.

01. October until 30. April: 1, € per person/day
Cancellation insurance
We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.
