Modern Architecture
IThere are many typical elements of the "Bäderarchitektur" included in the modern style of our hotel. The architect: K. Perka, had to conform to the strict instructions of the owner in order to ensure a careful translation of modern style and the "Bäderarchitektur" building style that dominates the resort of Binz.
An abundance of glass and our light-flooded restaurants on the ground floor enables our guests to view the beach and the sea from almost everywhere.
Colours of Nature
With the idea of bringing exciting nature in to the hotel, in 2004, a well known architect from Berlin developed the interior design concept for the entire hotel. The chosen colour-concept, based on the four elements of earth, air, fire and water worked really well. Throughout the entire building - in the rooms, the corridors and the restaurants, subtle tones of blue, red, green and yellow have been deployed.In addition, on each individual floor, precious timber such as zebrano, olive ash, European cherry and bleached oak has been chosen for the hotel furniture so that each floor and each room has an individual look and ambience.
Therefore our interiors and nature form a pleasant unity and our guests experience a feeling of harmony and well being.

Our multi award winning Vitality Spa area, built in 2005 on 600m² of space, is a real oasis of Wellness. Here, you will also find an emphasis of precious oak in the furnishing, and in subtle timber inlays. With a leisure centre, numerous saunas and spa baths, the Vitality-Pool as well as treatment and quiet rooms – the hotel is recognised as a wellness hotel of superior quality.
